Lyla Bashan, Founder and Principal Consultant
For over two decades, Lyla served in senior roles across the U.S. government, leading major portfolios and working closely with government leaders, international partners, and civil society across Jordan, Armenia, Tajikistan, and Guatemala. Her work focused on advancing complex initiatives, navigating institutional challenges, and coordinating efforts across diverse stakeholders.

Drawing on that experience, she now advises organizations seeking experienced external perspective to clarify priorities, address complex challenges, and move important initiatives forward.
